Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blessly, including our website, content, subscription services, emails, and related features (the “Services”).

Blessly is provided by BELKALABS PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore with UEN 202445147Z and registered address at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 (“Blessly”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Blessly.

Blessly provides daily Scripture, prayer, reflection, and faith-based encouragement.

Scripture shown in Blessly is sourced from public-domain or properly licensed Bible translations. Blessly does not generate or rewrite Scripture.

Blessly is not a church, pastor, counselor, medical provider, or emergency service. Content in the Services is for personal reflection and encouragement only and is not professional, medical, mental health, legal, financial, or pastoral advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blessly.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Blessly may use email-based login codes, Firebase authentication, or other secure login methods.

You must not share login codes, attempt to access another person’s account, or use the Services in a way that bypasses our security or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Services, or are required to be restricted by law.

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be sold through our website, subscription partners, or payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable provider to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you select.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the place where you purchased it, such as Blessly settings, the subscription provider, or the payment processor.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change subscription plans, prices, or features. If required, we will notify you before price changes take effect.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Blessly content or data;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• bypass subscription, security, rate-limit, or access controls;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• use the Services to build a competing product or dataset;
• upload or transmit malware, spam, or infringing content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Blessly and its licensors own the Services, including software, design, interfaces, brand, logos, original content, and other materials.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from the Services or Blessly content except as allowed by the Services or with our written permission.

Bible translations and quoted materials may be owned by their respective licensors or may be public-domain works. You are responsible for respecting applicable copyright rules when sharing or reusing content outside Blessly.

If you submit reflections, journal entries, feedback, support messages, or other content to Blessly, you retain ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services.

Private reflections and account content are not public by default.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful.

Blessly may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, payments, subscriptions, email, analytics, advertising measurement, security, and other functions.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, payment processors, or their policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every location or on every device.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, personal, or life outcome from using Blessly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blessly and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to Blessly in the 12 months before the claim; or
• SGD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blessly, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

You may stop using Blessly at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create risk for the Services or other users, or if required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice where required.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

You agree that the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
